This very private villa is situated in a secluded part of Megalochori, yet close to the village amenities. It is ideal for families looking for a character-filled and comfortable base from which to explore the island, it archeological sites and beaches.

Built into the volcanic rock the building was once the village school. Now its private cobbled courtyard houses a swimming pool (5.6m x 6.7m) and a lovely sun terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors on hot summer days.

The layout is typical of the old traditional Santorini houses, with the large farmhouse kitchen central to the ground floor, and the other rooms leading off it. An archway opens to the living room which has doors opening to the courtyard and pool. Amenities include satellite TV, DVD and stereo CD player. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Transfers from/to Santorini port or airport, as well as a rental car are included in the rental.

Large farmhouse-style kitchen with dining area and equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Double wooden doors open to a single bedroom. Living room, opening to courtyard. Double doors from the living room to a comfortable double bedroom. Bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower.

First Floor
Stairs lead up to a bedroom with twin beds, which can also be made up as a double bed on request.

Staff Details

Maid service included 2 hours a day. Additional services on request include extra maid service, in-house chef, food shopping service and nanny service.
