Private swimming pool 8m x 3.8m. 18km coast

This contemporary Provençal villa is situated on a hillside just outside the village of Peymeinade. The French owners live in the main part of the building but they do not use the pool when tenants are there. The apartment, which is about 35m² in size, is on the side of the house next to the swimming pool. It is modern, newly decorated and has a private terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals. The terrace has a gate to discourage young children from gaining access to the pool. There is also a barbecue and parking space for two cars.

Accommodation
There is an open plan, L-shaped living room with dining area and kitchen combined. This room has a television. The kitchen has a two ring hob, microwave oven and fridge-freezer. There is one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a single bed which has another 'pull out' single bed beneath it. There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.

Situation
The house is about 1km from the village centre, about a 10 minute walk. Peymeinade has most facilities: shops, a market, large supermarket, a restaurant and a couple of bars, and tennis courts. There is a wider range of restaurants in Grasse which is 6km. The coast is about 20km and the Lac de Saint Cassien, which is excellent for watersports, is about 12km. There is a golf course 6km. The property is very well situated for touring both inland and along the coast: the dramatic scenery of the Verdon gorges is worth a trip, as are the beautiful Iles de Lérins off the coast of Cannes. The picturesque villages of Cabris, Spéracèdes and Saint Cézaire are within a few minutes drive. All these villages have good, inexpensive restaurants. There are beautiful country walks along marked paths starting at Cabris.
