This charming apartment is on the ground floor of a prettily restored Provençal house. It has a small private garden and tenants have full use of the French owners' large swimming pool. This would be ideal for a couple or a single person looking for an inexpensive base from which to explore the wonderful coastline around Antibes. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals and loungers for relaxing by the pool.

Accommodation
There is an attractive Provençal style kitchen and dining room combined. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and electric kettle. There is also a washing machine. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, two cane armchairs, a television, a video, a CD player and an open fireplace. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The ceiling in the kitchen is a bit low, 1.95m, but in the bedroom it is normal height.

Situation
The property is about 2.5km from the centre of Antibes. There is a boulangerie and a supermarket about 500m. In the lively old town of Antibes there is a great choice of cafés and restaurants. The Picasso museum is situated on the ramparts overlooking the sea. The nearest beach is 4km. Cap d'Antibes is worth exploring: there is a coastal path round the Cap and there are good restaurants and cafés on the beaches. Cannes is about 12km and from Cannes there are boat trips (15 minutes) to the Iles de Lérins. Nice airport is about 20 minutes drive.
