This superb garden apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful 'bastide' in an elevated position with wonderful views. It is on the north western edge of Grasse, almost in the country. The large garden, 1,500m², is enclosed and has flower borders, mature shrubs, olive trees, lemon trees, a superb fig tree and grassy terraces. The apartment is completely independent and secluded, and the French owner is charming and discreet. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals, and there is plenty of parking within the property. Inside, the apartment has been decorated and furnished with great style and originality using vivid colours and top quality materials. The owner's love of Florence is reflected in the style of the interior, and even the view is like a Tuscany landscape.

Accommodation
There is a comfortable sofa, a television and a well-equipped kitchen area with a counter bar. It has a 2-ring hob, combined microwave and conventional oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom is behind a prettily carved wooden screen and has twin beds which may be zipped together to form a wide double bed. There are two sets of wide French windows opening on to the pool terrace giving magnificent views from the living area and from the bedroom. There is a shower room and WC. The apartment has under floor heating and is suitable for out of season lets.

Situation
The property has easy access to most facilities: it is about 1.5km from the centre of Grasse which has a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The coast is about 15km. Nice airport is about 22km. The property is well placed for exploring the 'arrière pays' of the Côte d'Azur with its ancient perched villages such as Cabris and Gourdon. There is a golf course 6km away and the nearest beach is about 15km at Mandelieu near Cannes.

Linen and terms
Bed linen and towels may be hired from the owners for a supplement of EUR 12 per person. Refundable damage deposit EUR 200. Electricity is included. Final clean is EUR 20 (compulsory). Sorry no pets.
