Overlooking Paris from east to west, the views are of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Built upon a hill, the north facing apartment is on the second and third floors with the small garden of Place Jean Baptiste Clement directly ahead just 500 meters from Place du Tertre.

Meanwhile the south apartment is on the 7th and 8th floors gazing across Paris. The house itself is like a family private house with antiques in the staircase, engravings, and 2 families living in the 3 other flats

The flats are sunny and bright, and come with modern and antique furniture.

Entrance and hall. In the north, a bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a king size bed, bathroom with toilet and massage shower, small fully-equipped kitchen (small dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave ...). In the south, large living room with a double sofa bed, a large sofa and 2 windows opening into Paris and a dining corner. The apartment is nicely furnished with a combination of modern and antique pieces. TV. Hi-fi. Telephone on request in the living room and in the bedrooom.

Montmartre. Place du Tertre, a lot of restaurants and shops : 2 minutes walking. Charles de Gaulle airport: 25/40 minutes depending on traffic. Metro: Abbesses.
