Doissat is a small village just 8kms from the picturesque hilltop town of Belvès. The gently undulating countryside is the Dordogne at its most beautiful and this is an ideal spot from which to explore it.

The house is in the village just before the church. A small gravelled parking area leads through to the front lawn, to the left of which is a delightful outside terrace area. There is also a restored outbuilding which has been converted to an informal games room with a small pool table and dart board. To the right of the front lawn steps lead to the upper garden and terrace with its small and very secluded kidney shaped swimming pool. The front door opens into the kitchen/dining area with a step down to a comfortable, cosy sitting room. Off the kitchen is a bathroom with separate WC. Upstairs the master bedroom (with en-suite shower room) has doors leading onto a side terrace with steps up to the pool area. There are two further bedrooms, one of which has doors onto a small balcony at the front of the house. This is a very charming house, full of character and with an extremely welcoming ambiance.
