Set in just under half an hectare of land, overlooking far reaching countryside views to the front and woodland to the side, this pretty cottage is located in a very quiet hamlet. The local farm offers fresh milk and eggs.

The entrance door leads into a small hallway, off which is a guest cloakroom and the master bedroom with its own shower and basin. To the right is the cosy sitting/dining room with exposed stone works and beams and comfy leather sofas grouped around the fireplace and large oak table and chairs. Leading off the sitting room is a delightful kitchen/breakfast room and a separate bathroom with WC and a shower over. The kitchen has large glazed windows overlooking the pool, grounds and views beyond and has a very sunny disposition. Returning to the sitting room stairs lead up to a double bedroom, where beds may be made up either as double or twin, and down to a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Here also, beds may be made up as double or twin. From the lower bedroom doors lead out to the garden and a further terrace with table and chairs overlooking woodland.

The grounds are mainly laid to lawn with a good selection of flowering shrubs and plants. The pool with sunbathing patio also has a tiles stone table and benches alongside with large parasol, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a further patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

A very pretty, well equipped cottage, located in a lovely country setting.
