This old stone built house is in a tiny hamlet of about 6 houses in the hills above the charming village of Urval close to the Dordogne river itself. It has been recently restored to create a spacious, comfortable home in an ideal location for discovering the delights of the Périgord.

The front door leads directly into a sitting room with its large fireplace and exposed beams. The kitchen and separate utility room have been completely refitted and are very well equipped. Also on the ground floor is a second, less formal sitting room, a dining room and a bathroom with WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a dressing room as well as a bathroom and WC. Opposite the house is the private swimming pool and garden.
