of Mouans Sartoux, just to the north of Mougins. It is at the end of
a road so very quiet, private and secure, with great views over to Grasse,
Mougins and the mountains of the Alpes-Maritime. This area offers great
walking and cycling and there are two mountain bikes at the property
for use by guests.
The mature six acre terraced garden is filled with roses, olive and lemon trees, beautifully lit at night with special lighting. There are several terraces furnished for relaxing and dining outdoors. On a lower level from the house is a large swimming pool (15 x 5m) with sun terrace and pool house equipped with barbecue, summer kitchen, shower and WC. Just beyond the pool is a covered gym area equipped with treadmill and cycle. On a higher level within the garden there is also a children's play area with ping pong table, swings and a play house.
The rooms are very tastefully furnished, and the many amenities make this property ideal for either a group of friends or families. The living area comprises a unique stone 'bergerie' divided into three areas, separated by arches, and with french doors opening to a terrace. The TV room is equipped with both satellite TV and DVD. The owner has requested a maximum of 10 people at this property.
